Vendor Registration

All products and services sold, given away or otherwise promoted at the event must be vegan and cruelty free (does not exploit animals, not tested on animals, etc). As a reminder, vegan means no animal products: meat, fur, wool, cheese, animal fat, broth, gelatin, egg, dairy, casein, whey, honey or other by-product such as whey, casein, rennet, lard, or tallow.

If yes, please make sure to fill out a Temporary Food Event Vendor Application and submit to Buncombe County at least 15 days prior to event: Temporary Food Event Vendor Application

Vendor's logo and a link to their website will appear on the Asheville VeganFest Website. If for any reason you are not accepted as a vendor, your full payment will be refunded. Insurance is required for vendors selling or giving away food/drink.

$300: 10’x20’ Vendor Booth Space (includes food trucks)
$225: 10’x10’ Vendor Booth Space
$150: 10’x10’ Non-Profit Booth (must be a registered non-profit)
$40: Rental of One 6’ Table and Two Chairs
$50: Electric Access Fee (vendors cannot bring their own generators)
$225: Weighted 10’x10’ White Tent
$250: Weighted 10’x10’ White Tent with Three Sides of Sidewall

Indemnification: Should any contingency interrupt or prevent the holding of the Asheville VeganFest, including by not limited to inclement weather, or any other unforeseen action, event coordinators and Brother Wolf shall in no way be liable to vendors. Registration fees will not be refunded to approved vendors for any reason. Vendors agree to make no claim for any reason against coordinators or The City of Asheville for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of goods, nor for injury to themselves, employees, volunteers, or visitors incurred at the event. Participant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Brother Wolf and the City of Asheville and their officers and employees of any and all claims, liabilities, reasonable costs or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising of Participants use of the property, participation in the festival, or the breach of this agreement. Participant shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by any Indemnified Party in responding to, defending, settling or satisfying any judgement resulting from any claim, suit, or action arising, in any manner, out of Participant’s use of the Property or participation in the VeganFest.
